Question——account name

<p>I’ve just got off from alternate list of HMC and now I need to wire the deposit to HMC.
However, they just gave me the account number, but not the account name.
Who knows about the account name? Is it Harvey Mudd College or sth else??

<p>I think you need to give the name on the account as well as the account number when you wire in. Just call the school, they will be happy to tell you.</p>

<p>For what it’s worth, I had a lot of trouble trying to get the wire transfer procedure to work. If you have an ID number and can get into the school portal, the eCheck system seems to work a lot more smoothly. Good luck.</p>

<p>The OP is international, so s/he’ll need to wire it in. Once I got an American bank account, the eCheck system was like 1000x easier though.</p>
