<p>For #4:</p>

<p>The answer is more concise and it seems to flow better by using “that it is” instead of “of it being”. </p>

<p>For #15:</p>

<p>Same thing pretty much; the answer is shorter and it flows much better than the phrase that uses “by which”</p>
