I was part of the LGBTQQ ally group in my high school. I helped created the gender neutral bathroom at our school. I was wondering if I can put that on my college app and write that on my personal statement as an accomplishment? I think it’s consider as leadership activity, does that make my application look better? Please help thanks
Yes - you can and probably should mention it in your personal statement. Without understanding your target school and the rest of your qualifications and ECs, it is impossible to say what impact it might have.

My target school is uc San Diego and Davis and I don’t have much extra curricular activity besides volunteering
For Davis, as long as your stats are above the mid-point (4.07GPA, 29ACT and 1924 SAT) and you write a competent essay, you should be fine. San Diego is looking for a little better stats and more credible ECs.
