<p>Have you ever heard of anyone whose request for a specific RC has been honored? If so, how was that accomplished?</p>

<p>I’ve never heard of someone getting a specific RC - to be honest, it’s not worth losing sleep over. There are good dorms and bad dorms in each RC, and each has its own advantages.</p>
<p>Of course, it doesn’t hurt to try, but I’m curious about why you are aiming for a specific one.</p>
