One of the questions on the Pennington application said, “List and describe your level of interest and participation in school activities (school, volunteer groups, athletics, music, etc.). List any awards or honors you received in the past two years. In which activities do you plan to participate in the future?”

I was going to do it like

Center-Mid, Varsity Soccer (School Team)

Led team in assists, brainstorm drills for practice, help with JV practice.

I have a few other activities but that was the format I was going to do. Anyone with experience let me know if this is good?

I would do it like this:

Varsity Soccer - 10hr/week
-Led team in assists
-Help with JV practice
-Develop/brainstorm drills for Varsity practice

If there is room, I would bullet as above. If not I’d just list with commas. You do not need to say you play center mid. The AO does not care and presumably you are in contact with the coach and on their list that they give to admissions.
