Question IDOC

Ok so my father is non-custodial and has been disabled, on SSI and unemployed for some time. On the IDOC, it is requesting that I show proof of his SSI. Would I still have to provide proof or, from what I have provided, I don’t have to?

Serious bump.

I doubt anyone here can answer this. You need to send IDOC exactly what they ask for in their instructions. There is also probably a place at IDOC to inquire for clarification. Does he get any type of tax form showing the SSI? That’s probably what they are referring to.

He probably received tax form SSA-1099. I’m guessing that’s what they want.
