I had my physical, and the results show a request for all information regarding the orthotics I just got because of a stress fracture. It says they will handle everything, and if they need anything they will ask. Has anybody experienced this, and how long do they usually take to clear it up and find it qualified/disqualified?

I got something like that about my allergies I’ve had in the past when I checked the Dodmerb website. After a week or so I got a letter in the mail asking me to send copies of my medical records about that stuff. I think they just want to make sure its nothing serious.

Like like2bsailing…last year our DoDMERB’s dealt with medication allergies. After submitting everything requested - surprisingly - within 1 week everything cleared and was posted on the webpage. I was impressed.

We are in that waiting mode of having sent in the allergy paper work and waiting. Its torture. DodMERB is also closed for a four day weekend.

socaldreamers…it’s early in this process - just the beginning of September - so hang in there. You’ll have plenty of time to sort this out. This is a marathon to an Appointment - some coming in mid-April or even later. So “run with patience the race that is set before you.”

By the way - a free box of cookies to the first person who recognizes that last quote of mine.

That’s a good one. Hebrews 12:1. Thanks for the encouragement and perspective.
