<p>I applied to HMC through the common app… and i got my math and physics teachers to write recommendations for me since the common app doesnt specify which field.</p>
<p>About 2 weeks later HMC sent me an e-mail saying that they require a recommendation from a humanities teachers… so i sent it already.</p>
<p>The question that i want to ask is whether they will consider all my Math/physics/humanities recommendations, or will they consider one of the math/physics and another from humanities??</p>
<p>NB: It would be nice if i could get more replies on my chances tread. HMC is my first priority over MIT… Very excited to join the HMC community (if accepted)</p>
