Hi all, I have a question on conclusion techniques. That is What is the difference between posing rhetorical questions and invoking collective interests?

A rhetorical question is one that requires no answer because the passage itself suggests the answer directly; it’s really a statement disguised as a question.

“Invoking collective interests” is what an author does when she starts writing things like “We can benefit by…” or “Only if we … can we finally …”–it’s using first-person-plural pronouns to suggest that she and her readers share some interest or need.
