will a no pass on the transcript get revoke acceptance?

I doubt it. I don’t think one no pass warrants being revoked. Besides, I’m assuming the class isn’t all that important because all the ones that really matter should be for a letter grade.

Anecdotal Evidence: My friend was accepted to UCSC last year, but ended up getting a D in one of his classes during Spring semester. The class he failed was completely irrelevant; It was neither major preparation or IGETC or any other requirement. They still revoked his acceptance.

Whether or not a No Pass will give the same result, I don’t know.

Why didn’t your friend just get a W or was it too late?

@ocnative He thought he was okay, as he had a passing grade going into the final weeks (after the drop deadline as well). What did him in was the fact that our Final was worth approximately 46% of our grade. He bombed it.
