question on university affiliation (when applying for interns)

<p>Under what circumstances would a student not want to be affiliated with his university when applying for internshp?</p>

<p>If a student do not want to be affiliated with the university, then he shouldn’t write his university office address on his curriculum vitae and instead should use his personal address? Or does it not matter since the curriculum vitae already states the university and program you are doing?</p>
