Question regarding date of Dec ACTS

Test Preparation ACT Preparation
1

this page states the date that it will come out

[ACT Score Information: Viewing Scores](<a href=“ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT”>ACT Test Scores | ACT Scoring | ACT)

“December 27, 2010 – February 4, 2011”

Does this mean that the mcqs will come out dec 27th and the writing score will come out on feb 4? If so, does this mean that if I need to mail these to universities for a Jan 1st deadline; I’ll have to send them blind and won’t be able to view them first and decide?

Thank you
