He says that UMich asks for official certificates of the Class X CBSE external exam results to be sent by the Controller of Examinations. He argues that the agency doesn’t send scores to colleges. So how do you Indians normally send you Class X certificates? Do you send photocopies? Or do you ask your school to send them?"</p>
