Question Regarding Mid-Term Report (Taking Seven Courses)

I’ve recently applied to a few Ivy-League institutions, and all require transfer applicants complete a Mid-Term Report. The form contains five slots; however, I’m taking seven courses. Do I print another copy and list the other two courses, or do I simply turn in one form containing five?

I’ve tried to call in recently, but some schools are either unavailable or currently shut down due to the weather.

Do it for all courses

You need to do it for all of the courses. If it runs over, just attach the two documents together in a PDF merge and send it at once. (You can also write “continued on Page 2” to make sure they don’t miss it.)
