Question regarding sending scores!

I am applying to:

Boston College
UPenn
Carnegie Mellon
Georgia Tech
NYU

I send two out of the three ACTs that I took (the first one had the lowest subscores, so I chose not to send it as I would be wasting money). Do any of these universities require all tests? I know Upenn does.

Also- even though it’s completely irrelevant, but this website is more trustworthy than Y!A lol- is “It was just David and I who could save him from becoming an ‘outcast.’” gramatically correct? Or is it, “It was just David and me who could save him from becoming an outcast.” (Note that I am referring to David as the one who was going to be saved.)
Or is it "‘’‘‘me and David’’‘’'?

I’m sorry I’m just very confused! haha
Appreciate any help!

Also, is writing one or two words in caps, for emphasizing purposes, in the personal essay/writing supplement acceptable? “AN INSPIRATION!” was one of them.

You always put yourself last, as in, “David and I went for pizza.” If someone asked you who went, you would say, “David and I.” A quick way to check is to say, “David went for pizza; I went for pizza.” So it’s “David and I,” not “David and me,” and never “me and David.” I would write, “It was just David and I, who could save him from being an outcast, who took dance classes.” Or whatever it was that David and you did…

I wouldn’t capitalize whole words on the essay. I think it’s a time waster when it’s easier to just end the sentence with an exclamation point.
