College
Report
Where its sent?----Each valid college or scholarship agency code you listed and paid for when you registered or tested (up to six).
When its mailed?----- About 3–8 weeks after the test date
What it reports?—Everything on the Student and High School report, plus the grades you reported in up to 30 high school courses. It may also include predictions about your performance in specific college programs and courses.

also should i authorize or not authorize my highschool to receive my scores?

The ACT basic registration fee includes a report for you, a report for your high school (if you authorize reporting), and up to four college reports (if provide valid college codes when you register). Even though it will cost you more in the end, I would advise you not to authorize reports to your H.S. or to any college until you know your score and are happy with the result.
