Question

Question.

If I got a 690 last year on Chem and then an 800 this year, will colleges look at it in a negative outlook?

I mean, I did get perfect, but I don’t know if they would be affected by the 690?

I think you would be fine.

You’re good. Colleges want to see that you know your stuff - if your score went up 110 points, they’ll assume that you studied and now have a stronger understanding of the material, which can’t possibly hurt you.

I agree with quaere.

It would show that you took initiative and really studied well. If anything, they’ll probably be pleased by it.
