Question

Ok, so i took the act and got my scores

composite: 31
Math: 33
English: 31
Reading:30
Science: 29

i know, bad for your standards…

i also took the sat: 2170
Writing: 750
Verbal: 740
Math: 680

I have taken the sat twice and the act once. I am really stressed and just want to know which test i should take again or if it is necessary to take any test again. I just want to apply to georgia tech and hopefully be competitive for presidential scholarship. Please advise me on what I should do. My gpa and ec’s could possibly compensate for my avg test scores (compared to all college confidential ppl).

Take the ACT as many times as you feel you need to improve as colleges will only see ONE ACT score report – the report you choose to send them.

I’m not sure as to whether or not it’s detrimental to take the SAT more than three times, but if you feel you can improve substantially, then by all means.

any more answers please…i really need more advice from all of you.

It looks to me like your SAT score is really good… I might try taking it again… you can choose not to send your ACT scores to GT…
