<p>I am going to the FBLA competition in economics on 3/16-17. I am planning to be the top three in the state of NJ. Will they already decide to accept or reject me by then? How hard is this FBLA States competition and how prestigious is it? I really need to prove myself but winning something because I came from a disadvantaged background and never had a chance for competition.</p>
<p>Go to the competition and do your best. Don’t have college on your mind. If you do well, I would send in a note of your achievement, with more explanation about yourself, etc. You’re decision may have been decided already, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be changed.</p>
<p>One more question. Is my admission counselor the one to contact if I want to tell Chicago more about myself?</p>
