Question

I am a student who currently goes to community college in NJ(Bergen Community College). I used to be in Engineering program at Rutgers my freshman year(last year). Unfortunately, I was unable to keep up with difficult engineering courses and I decided to quit. I tried to do School to school transfer but I was told that the gpa I had in engineering program didn’t satisfy certain conditions of school to school transfer.

Last semester at BCC, I took 15credits and I ended up getting 3.5 GPA. I mostly took business courses at BCC since I am really interested in business related majors. I reapplied to Rutgers SAS as a returning student few days ago and now I am planning to send my BCC transcript to rutgers. Do I have good chance to get admitted again?

I want to hear people’s opinions

I’m not sure how returning student admissions works, but a 3.5 is great. Did you finish the whole year at Rutgers before? Your gpa from there will most likely be a factor too.
