For the average income a year my family makes i wrote down 40k for both my mom and dad,on the app.My dad makes 35k a year and my mom is basically self employed and doesn’t make much money at all.

but i just realized that since my dad picked up a second job this year he’s going to make 55k bringing the total income to 60k.

will FSU see this on my financial aid thing and question my app?what should i do!?

I would not worry. At the point where you are, you are just filling out forms with estimates when it comes to parental income. You did not provide false info, you filled it out to the best of your ability at the time. When it comes to the REAL financial aid papers, your parents will complete and sign them. If I remember, there is a spot on the application where you simply estimate your parents income and indicate if you will be applying for aid. I think all you have completed is preliminary, and admissions is not going to questions your application for admission based on a simple incomplete answer in estimating your folks income.

Just call or email about updating the info.

We are all a little crazy waiting…us included.

You should also look into whether you would qualify for assistance from the Southern Scholarship Foundation:
[Southern Scholarship Foundation](http://www.southernscholarship.org/)

i called FSU’s financial aid office and they said not to worry.they said that it doesn’t really matter what estimate you give on your app.it only matters when you fill out the fafsa paper.

but of course, being the person i am,i’m going to worry.
