I just graduated Sophmore year with an underwhelming 3.3 unweighted GPA. However, I do a lot of extracurricular activities such as:

Varsity Girl Ice Hockey
An Online Store
The School Musical
Leader of Asian Appreciation Diversity Club
Leader of a LGBTQ+ Charity
Model UN
and apart of my school’s It’s Academics team

I am doing 3 APs and 1 honor class for my Junior year. Do I have a chance at NYU?

Come back next year when you have more classes and standardized testing under your belt. But ECs typically do not get you into a school you are not otherwise academically qualified for.
