<p>How do LACS do in job placement/grad school compared to unis?</p>
<p>LACs by definition focus on undergrad students, whereas universities have grad programs. That might be beneficial or not, but especially in the hard sciences you won’t find the same kind of lab equipment and research projects available at universites at a LAC. And universities usually offer pre-professional majors (design, business…) whereas LACs teach mainly/only liberal arts.</p>
<p>I think as far as job placement LACs and Unis are similar.</p>
