Questions about majors/careers/colleges

<p>So chemistry is awesome. I love the experiments we do. Are there any majors/careers that will allow me to conduct crazy, cool experiments? I was thinking of chemistry major/chemical engineering. I’m not sure though, would love to heard feedback on this.</p>

<p>Another thing, if I plan on going to grad school or med school (haven’t decided yet, probably won’t until I’m in college) my undergrad doesn’t matter TOO much, correct? I’ve seen varying opinions…(And I’m hoping to attend UCLA/UCSD)</p>

<p>I’d love to conduct experiments that mad scientists conduct for the most part, but just minus the “mad” from my career title :slight_smile: What major/career would allow me to do that?</p>
