Questions about USC Application

when posting my classes, should I use English 1, 2, 3, and 4, or english 9, 10, 11, and 12? they’re all options, but 5-8 are not, so I don’t really get the difference.

Also, on AP Tests, there is a Calculus AB, and a Mathematics - Calculus AB, and Mathematics - Calculus BC, and no regular BC. I’m taking BC, do I do Mathematics - Calculus BC?

Also, do I need to post that I’m taking AP tests this spring? or will my transcript tell them that? Because when I try to enter an empty test it errors out.

One more; as a freshman I took 3 electives… Health, PE, and PE.

I took PE twice because I needed both health AND PE, and when I transfered in as a freshman, I just got PE, and on block scheduling we switch every semester, but health/PE is one class, that switches in the middle of the semester. I came in the middle of the semester, right after Health finished. So I got PE, and then my counselor realized this and put me in the same class again to get the required health credit, and since I had nothing else to do for the last 9 weeks, I just took PE again. Stupid scheduling, I know. But anyways, the application is laid out like this

Course 1:
1st term
select/enter (dropbox/enter class) grade(box) IP/AB(checkbox)
2nd term
select/enter (dropbox/enter class) grade(box) IP/AB(checkbox)
3rd term
select/enter (dropbox/enter class) grade(box) IP/AB(checkbox)

and it only has Course 1 and Course 2 under Humanities

what should I do?

Thanks again!

For the English classes, what does your school use? Our school uses 9, 10, 11, 12.

Never heard of regular BC, only know about Calculus BC.

S didn’t list planned AP tests either assuming that if you are taking the AP classes, you will take the tests.

PE and Health are usually not college prep classes, only college prep classes should be included.

You should be able to enter the planned AP tests with no scores (unless they changed the application, which is entirely possible). Just be sure you put the test date as 2010, not 2009. Hopefully it will accept the blank score. If not, as BusyMei says, it will be assumed you will take the tests in the classes you are taking.
