Questions for AP Chinese!

I’m taking the AP Chinese test this year, and I’m a nervous about it–moreso than my other AP tests actually.

A few questions:

For the Personal Letter section, the rubric (<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools) suggests that the letter "includes elements typical of a letter (e.g., format, date, closing, set phrases). Where exactly in a letter would you put the date and how would you write it? I’m assuming set phrases means the salutation? Do I need to indicate somewhere who is the sender (me) and who is the receiver? What are examples of opening/closings?

How much time is given for the emails, story narration, and multiple choice parts?

Lastly, how is the AP Chinese scaling done? I know about >85% of test takers make a 5 but is there still the typical AP scale where >60-65% of the total points is still a 5?

Much thanks!

Bump! (10 char)

ehh…i took it last year, and basically what i did was pretend i was writing a letter/e-mail to someone…i don’t remember putting the date…but i did put closing and opening phrases…
i felt there was plenty time to finish everything…are you a native? cuz if you are don’t worry at all…
