Questions from an incoming CAS freshman

How is the workload like for general CAS freshmen? Is there a lot of reading to do? I mean would students still be able to join a sport or do some other activities?

Are there any music classes for freshmen as violin beginner?

Thank you in advance for anyone who offers answers to the questions above!

This is pretty subjective and varies from person to person, so I don't think anyone can give you a definitive answer.

There are music lessons available, but you take them in Steinhardt. There's also a one-time fee per semester - when I graduated, it was $90.
