I am presently a Hong Kong 16-year-old student and I have been accepted by Berkeley City College. The goal of mine is to enter UCB. As you know, I have to fly over the ocean and stay in the US for years after this decision, so I would like to collect some opinions on the quality of Berkeley City College.
