<li><p>If the peer rec. didnt matter to Dartmouth they wouldn’t have it. A wonderful peer rec. wont get you in but a bad one will keep you out :)</p></li>

<p>On a second thought I think you are right. But no a great rec would surely help but wont be a major factor in getting him in. I think what I wrote in my previous post goes for Teacher rec.</p>
