<p>In response to number one, it partly depends upon the school. Schools that get more applicants (larger and/or more competitive schools) take a longer time to finish sorting applications. It may take a month before they even have it sorted out and on a computer system.</p>
<p>In response to two, if the deadline is the 10th, that means send it on the tenth. So, 1/10 at 11:59pm.</p>
