<p>Is she good in math in school? If she’s not that strong I’d get a tutor just for math (an SAT tutor, not a regular math tutor, unless she needs help in school too).</p>

One of our friends found a prep course in Math alone…though I have heard mixed on the teacher.
I had signed her up for the Collegeboard Prep Class and she visited the site twice.</p>

it is very helpful to have a person available if the student gets stuck on a problem or does not understand a concept. A tutor may also be able to compensate for any topics that were not properly covered in school.</p>
