The question,

A distinctive feature of the Brown Curriculum is the opportunity to be the "architect of your education."Why does this academic environment appeal to you?

I was thinking of mentioning how in the sixth grade, I was going to pick up a musical instrument. But soon after I had to move a few times and I never picked up a musical instrument because I couldn’t fit in to my schedule and plus I would be in a class with people who had years of experience. Do you think this will be a respectable answer?
Or will Brown see this as an excuse from pursuing something that I was genuinely interested?
