<p>Okay this is probably a stupid question but on the roommate matching questionaire when it asks “How many weekends per month do you plan to spend off-campus?” does that mean completely leaving campus for the weekend. For instance, would going into Houston for a day count as “off-campus” or does “off-campus” just mean going home for the weekend or traveling to some far away place. Because I’m from Connecticut so I’m obviously not going to go home for the weekend but I would like to explore Houston or go to relatively close “off-campus” places on the weekend and I don’t know if that counts as spending a weekend off campus. Sorry if I’m confusing but I’m just not sure how to answer that question.</p>
<p>yeah i would think it means leaving campus totally, as in traveling home or somewhere else for the majority of the weekend. that’s how interpreted it, so i put 0-1 weekends and I’m from Dallas, so I actually do have an option to go home on weekends.</p>
<p>Yes - it means leaving town for the weekend (spending the night away). I would hope that you venture off campus in some way (even if just to dinner Saturday night) just about every weekend.</p>
