Quick Question about SAT score and reporting

I’m pondering about signing up for the 28th sat day but have some questions. Since this is the first time I’ll be taking the SAT, I know I’ll do much better on later test dates (planning on taking in march and june). I’m at the part where you insert the college names you want the scores reported to. I don’t have any colleges to report to right now so I left it blank. But in the case that I do really good on this test, can I send the scores later on during my senior year? (junior right now)

College Board’s procedures:

You can get free sends of scores to colleges by putting those colleges on the app.

You can order scores sent for a charge per college (I believe it is currently $8 but not sure) anytime after the scores are released.

College Board, when you order any one score sent, always sends all scores (SAT and SAT II) it has for you as of the date of the order. Thus, assume you take the Jan, March, and June tests and put colleges to receive scores only on your June app. Those colleges will be sent your scores from all three tests.

You can definitely send your scores later on during your application process. The College Board will send your SAT, SAT IIs, and AP Tests all in one nice package for the admissions officer to see.

Don’t worry, when the time comes you will know what to do. Right now just focus on preparing for the SAT and getting the highest score possible.
