<p>im from Rochester NY would i have a higher chance of being accepted into Georgetown than someone who was applying from out of state like Florida or somewhere else, or would our chances of being accepted be the same if we had the same grades and etc.?</p>
<p>i’m not really sure about georgetown specifically, but most schools i’ve visited say they are “geographically blind”, meaning they don’t care where you’re from…don’t know if it’s true though</p>
<p>I don’t really see how Florida is any more “out of state” than Rochester is…</p>
<p>No b/c Gtown gets a bunch of apps from NY… its only an advantage when you’re from like Idaho or Wyoming.</p>
