Penn State @ University Park sent me a pamphlet to apply, should I?

Does this mean they’re interested?

Could be any reason. Your high school may have sent them some scores, your GC might have requested it… if you have $50 and want to apply, go ahead.

I guess, why not… I’m from OOS.
