<p>I know this is extremely generalized, but what are the people like at Columbia? I visited and fell in love with the atmosphere, but it was in June when school was out of session. Are most people purely geniuses? I’m smart but I have to work for my grades, and I’m so afraid I won’t be able to handle it… </p>
<p>Another question, if you’re pre med or have any pre-med friends 
Do they/you think its nearly impossible? I just don’t know how I’m going to be able to do the core, a major, AND pre-med…it seems impossible haha. Are the sciences on a curve? Is it cut-throat competitive? I’m prepared and willing to work hard, I’m just afraid its going to be overwhelming…any insight?</p>
