<p>What is the disadvantage to not taking an AP exam for a subject you took in school?
What is the best prep for AP Chem? Stats? English Literature?
What if you pass an exam but do not want to use it for credit? Can you forfeit the credit?

And if your class sucks and they don’t cover all the material or give you any homework you have to make sure you read the relevant textbook chapters and do enough problems to understand everything.
If you read your textbook and do many, many problems you’re pretty much guaranteed a 5. Which applies more for hard sciences like Chem and Physics than Stats and English Lit.</p>

<p>Stats - make sure you know how to write your answers precisely. The concepts are easy enough but you have to make sure you’ve got all the subtleties on point. Don’t blow this off or only study it the week before the test. Statistics is a really important skill and will revolutionize the way you see the world.</p>
