Quick UC app question

I took European honors history my freshman year for first semester and then had to take health second semester.

on the application: Do I write it like this?

European History : First Term: A
Second Term: No course

Health: First Term: No course
Second term: A

or

European History: First term: A
Second Term:A

Health: First term: A
Second term A

thanks!

Duh. That’s the correct way. If you weren’t taking the course during the semester, you don’t want to say you were. If you were to do the second option, you would get any acceptance to any UC rescinded during the summer because you lied about your transcript and said you’d taken the equivalent of 1 full course when you hadn’t.

Um…I have a similar question.
I transfered to another school during my sophomore year so would I write:
The course I took:
First Term: A
Second Term: Withdrawn

Sorry…dumb question (?)
Anyway thanks

health is not a class so you don;t even write it

darkhope, at my kids HS it is a class required of all freshmen, so it would go on the UC app.

What if health is just a required class, do we still input it?

“darkhope, at my kids HS it is a class required of all freshmen, so it would go on the UC app.”

I don’t think so…only a-g UC approved classes go on the application. Health is not included under any circumstances for UC. Religion is required all four years at my HS and those classes are never listed. On the application look at the “What to list under subject area section.” It says don’t list PE, typing, drivers ed, health, pep squad, ect."

for my class pe is considered a must have for 2 years…i don;t think i put that on =( so you don;t…

correct! :)

hmm. a required class for HS and yet if it doesn’t qualify the a-g UC approved requirement, don’t list it. thanks for the new info.

so cross country and track would go into extracurricular under the activities and awards section right?

Yes! That’s where the go.:)

thanks dude :)
