<p>Well, it’s basically the Pythagorean theorem. I’m sure you’ve heard of it: a squared + b squared = c squared.</p>
<p>Meaning, that if you have a right angle triangle, when you square one length and add it to another length squared, that’s the same as the hypotenuse squared.</p>
