<p>I posed an issue, then said “Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them? - Hamlet” taken from the ‘to be or not to be’ soliloquy to convey that we should act against this problem and solve it.</p>

<p>then i go on to detail the solution.</p>

<p>is this too subtle or trying too hard or maybe it works here?</p>
