<p>you mean like if your a permanent resident? As far as I’m concerned, being a permanent resident does not count as being an international student. If you attend school in America but do not have American citizenship and you have citizenship w/ another country, this DOES NOT make you an international student. & ethnic origin & international status as well as geographical region are considered but not citizenship.</p>
