<p>Hey guys, I’m currently looking for those 2 Universities. I like it both, but I heard that VCU does not have good Engineering Program. I don’t know about Radford. Could anyone give me some advise which college should I go to for Computer Science or Software Engineering.</p>

<p>Both schools are ABET-accredited in Computer Science, so both should have a relatively good and extensive course selection. Unfortunately, I don’t know a lot about either school. One of my sons went to VA Tech and majored in Mechanical Engineering, but I know much less about Radford and VCU (we live in PA). Can your high school counselor answer your question?</p>
<p>VCU is better than Radford overall.</p>
<p>Apply to both, and if you are admitted at both and the financial aid packages make both equally affordable, then go pay a nice long visit to each of them and see what you think.</p>
<p>The vibe is very different at VCU and Radford. It really helps to like Richmond and all it has to offer if you attend VCU.</p>
