Good morning fellow scholars,
I have now enter the phase of dispair.
I was accepted a while ago to CSUDH under the major of health science with an option in radiologic tech.
I have called in a couple times to admissions with no resolved answer, just more confusion. So you all are my last hope. Maybe you can answer my questions.
My problem: I was accepted, but it has recently come to my attention that I have to submit a separate application to the Harbor UCLA radiology group, to do my clinicals.
However, after calling in to make sure on several occasions , I was told that I need not to submit the application, and that it was for the Masters program. So I believed them and not the deadline has passed and deadline for sir is comj g closer.
I have met with my transfer councelor togive me some final advise in selecting colleges. She then asked me if I was accepted under Harbor UCLA as well. I told her what happened, and she too was confused, as I am supposed to have clinical done. I called CSUDH but they were of no help.
SO PLEASE! Any one with any experience with this school, please, please, please, help me. What do you suggest my next steps should be, or where does this leave me? Can I still attend the school under that major? And finally a bonus question, what are the career prospects. Thank you in advance!
Did you call the Health and Science department at CSUDH? They are the only ones that understand the process. You need to go through them first. Tell them that you will be an undergraduate student.
I googled this in a few minutes. You were supposed to have applied to the UCLA Harbor facility by March 1st. The information is readily accessible online:

You pay your fees through CSUDH, but the Harbor facility does all of the training. You need to contact them again and tell the facility that you were given misinformation about the application and missed the deadline.
It sounds like maybe English is not a strength for you? Let them know this as well.
