Raise about 10 pts per section!

Help?
I’m currently scoring around 60s in ALL sections (r-63, m-66, w-62). Does anyone know any tips that can jump about 5 points per section in one and a half month? THANKS!

Getting pumped for the PSAT! Just need a bit more and I’ll be in glee (hehe, watching glee right now)

THANKS!

Have you done BB?

Reading: Make sure your answer can be pointed out, with a finger. You must be able to reference the exact line.

Math: No stupid mistakes. That’s really it.

Writing: Idioms are killers (at least for me). A lot of people say to go with your gut, but also remember to slow down sometimes. Be wary, but also think, “Is this really right?” or “Is this really wrong? Can this work?”

Only go with your gut once you’ve learned the rules and know them cold.

If you cringe each time your teacher uses “they” to reference a singular entity, then your ready to use your gut :).

^ Agreed. I have to slow down a LOT in W because my gut has been around my parents, who slaughter idioms.

I went with my guts, I guess…

But my guts are giving me the correct answer for the identifying sentence errors! I got 5 WRONG! Any tips beside guts?
