<p>A couple friends and I have applied to be on the rally committee for this year. I have an interview coming up this week. When I went to the info meeting, all the officers seemed really nice, welcoming, and laid-back. However, some second years that I know (not on rallycom) told me that rallycom is really intense (in a bad way) and that its members pressure themselves into being uber spirited. Can anyone familiar with rallycom shed some light on this?</p>
