I’m hoping one of you wise CCers will have the answer to this problem.
My H has an IPhone his co worker has a basic cheap Samsung phone. They can call each other and text message but both are not able to send or receive pictures. They text each other from the field so this is an important tool for their work. The photo feature has worked in the past. They both can send and receive photos from other people without a problem. Any idea what could be causing this?
Are they sending pictures of . . . , never mind. 
But maybe there is a block setting or something they accidently hit. I know ever time we get an update, it’s like you have start all over and relearn the phone.
Problem solved. Some how MMS Messaging was turned off. Turned it on and turned iPhone on and off and it worked.
Just as an aside, we have found that sometimes turning the phone off, letting it rest, and turning it back on solves a myriad of problems. I guess we all need to nap now and then!
