<li><p>IMHO the best place to put it is in the Additional Info section (assuming you’re using the Common App) and either list your grades or send a transcript if possible.</p></li>
<li><p>Since you’re not getting paid, it’s service.</p></li>
<li><p>It’s up to you. Perhaps check and see what the minimum scores are to get credit at the schools to which you’re applying - that should give you an idea of how they evaluate AP scores, that is, whether a 3 will be seen as valuable or not.</p></li>
