I’ve always wondered this. I’m applying to one Ivy (Cornell) because I fell in love with it. I have good scores but I also like the fact that they admit people who are genuinely interested in the school and not the “Ivy League Status.” But I know this is not the same for the rest of them. How would you rank the rest of them in order of most concerned about grades/ least concerned about the individual to least (for lack of better term) concerned about grades and most concerned about the individual.
With admission rates generally under 10% Ivy schools are concerned with both grades and the individual.
Unless someone has worked in the admission office of all Ivy school there is no way to meaningfully rank schools as you ask.
