Answer is different for various engineering disciplines.

For nuclear:
Berkeley

For aerospace:
UCLA/USC
UCSD

I’m not familiar with Missouri University of Science and Technology.

isn’t there an electronics major? i mean electrical and electronics is different

Missouri U of Science & Tech is new name for University of MO-Rolla, a state engineering school. I am biased (2nd gen attendee) but MS&T is a good, small school for engineering. Very focused school, lots of new facility investments of late, many company connections nationwide for jobs.

If going nuclear, MS&T has own on site nuclear reactor. I am not kidding. Operates a summer nuclear eng camp for high schoolers.
